Hannah
Hannah is FWP’s founder and lead clinician. She specializes in supporting teens (14+) and adults who are navigating high-functioning anxiety, self-esteem struggles, and challenges in relationships and communication.
In her clinical work, Hannah empowers clients with greater self-awareness and intentional communication skills. Her philosophies are that “you have to understand a problem before you can do anything about it” and ALSO “if you can find a way to ask for what you need, then you’re 80% of the way there”.
Hannah thoughtfully blends several evidence-based approaches, including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with mind-body techniques from Somatic Experiencing (SE) to offer personalized, practical tools for managing emotions, reducing stress, and fostering meaningful connections.
Hannah also supervises a talented team of Masters-level and SWC therapists, creating a collaborative and supportive environment for clients and clinicians alike. For more information on these wonderful clinicians, please inquire.
